The Hassidish Spaniard

I would like to thank my friend, Dov (not his real name). He set me up with a Gmail account and this blog. As I am relatively computer illiterate, I was completely at his mercy. He recognized my moment of weakness and duly took advantageous is evidenced by his “humor” in referring to me as “hassidish.spaniard.” This I have naturally taken as complete justification for the nickname, Dov, I have been encouraging our mutual acquaintances to use. I started by calling him the “Geeker Hassid” due to the combination of his unusually in-depth knowledge of computers and his religious persuasion. He then took the moniker as his own, as a badge of honor. So, while I do not particularly find it amusing that he points to my dark-ish complection and confused ancestry, I am attempting to use the name as much as possible online.
